Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been confirmed and processed, except in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Any approved return must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and supported with clear photos or evidence.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled by us, or

  • A confirmed issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item) is verified and approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control

  • Orders already shipped and delivered successfully

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once preparation or shipping has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
