How to Arrange Objects in a Microsoft PowerPoint Document

In this video, I’ll be showing you how to
arrange objects in PowerPoint slides. Screen readers actually read objects in the
order they were added to the slide. So it’s important to set the correct reading order
that you intend. To arrange the order of objects, make sure
you are on the Home tab, click on “arrange”, and select “Selection Pane”. Click and drag
each object up or down to the correct reading order. order. An important thing to keep in mind is that
the reading order for the objects in PowerPoint slides are read from bottom to top. So the first element you want to be read will
be placed on the bottom first, and so on and so forth.
