"Full of Bliss" Package
This package is for couples who want to enjoy the process of planning their wedding without having to do any of the leg work. With this package, Bliss Events will take care of all aspects of planning the rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception starting from the initial consultation. This may include tasks such as helping find the perfect gown; scheduling and attending vendor appointments; reviewing contracts; ordering invitations and keeping track of responses; assisting in menu and music selections; creating timeline and schedules; budget tracking; coordinating vendor logistics and much more. Bliss Events will confirm and coordinate all vendor timeframes, locations, equipment, etc. as well as direct the ceremony from cueing the processional to directing the receiving line. For the rehearsal dinner and reception, Bliss Events will make sure everything and everyone is in place and ready to go. With regular communication and a focus on the couple's style, wants, needs, vision, and "State of Bliss" we will keep every little detail in check and the entire planning process and execution of your event is stress- free and Blissful!

o First Meeting (up to 2 hours)
o Initial appointment with up to 2 hours of planning assistance, guidance, vendor recommendations, etc.
Examples of services to cover and start the planning process:
§ Creating overall timeline based on wedding date
§ Budget analysis
§ Assist in shopping for wedding attire
§ Order all paper products (save-the-dates, invitations, programs, etc.)
§ Track invitation responses
§ Recommend vendors
§ Schedule and accompany to any and all vendor appointments including site inspections, initial consultations, taste testing's , etc.
§ Assist in locating and securing officiant
§ Assist in finding and securing ceremony and reception sites
§ Review contracts

o Fifth Meeting (One-Two weeks prior to wedding date)
o Contact each vendor one week before wedding day to confirm all arrangements, locations, times, etc. and handle any last minute issues
o Schedule appointment to meet and
§ Discuss any last minute changes
§ Review the wedding day time-line
§ Go over details of ceremony & reception as well as set-up/breakdown
§ Balances due, provide checks for all vendors with outstanding balances
o Provide each contracted vendor with details provided by Bride & Groom, review their responsibilities and answer their questions
o Create timelines, schedules, seating charts, etc. as needed and distribute to appropriate people (vendors, wedding attendants, etc.)
o Direct Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
o Wedding Day Onsite (up to 10 hours)
o Take on the role of point-person for all vendors Oversee set-up
o Set-up services for the entire ceremony and reception upon request for an additional fee
o Direct Ceremony
o On-site during reception/ liaison between all vendors and bride/groom
o Make sure all items belonging to the bride and groom (i.e. gifts, cake servers, champagne flutes, etc.) are taken care of and nothing is left behind
o Settle all final business with vendors
o Follow-up with vendors after event

"The Blissful Day" Package
This package is tailored to the couple who will plan their wedding entirely on their own but wants a professional on-site to direct the "day of." Bliss Events will meet with the couple prior to their wedding day, obtain copies of all vendor contracts, confirm all vendor details and act as the day-of point person. Bliss Events will prepare wedding day timelines as well as make sure all members of the wedding party and any other pertinent people know exactly where they need to be, what they need to do and when. Ultimately, with this package, Bliss Events will see to it that the day runs smoothly according to the couples exact specifications--and the bride and groom can enjoy the day knowing that a professional is handling all the details, big and little, with proficiency and professionalism.
